We believe that it is very important for the church to be involved in the local community.  It is here that we can demonstrate the love that Jesus has shown us.  We are involved in many exciting projects in our local community.

The Alpha Course

Do you want to more about what the Christian faith is all about?  Do you have questions about the meaning of your life?  If so The Alpha Course is for you.  Run over 12 weeks, it explores the Christian faith in more detail.

The Jaffa Orchard

The Jaffa Orchard is a Community Cafe, Cyber Cafe and Gift Shop.

It was started in 2002 by a group of people in our church who had a vision of serving the local community in this way.

Martin Denny is the North Bedfordshire Representative for Credit Action.  He runs a free debt advice service at the Jaffa Orchard on Friday afternoons.

We are helping send shoe boxes full of gifts to less privileged children again this year.

This is just one of the projects we are contributing to this Christmas
